Dolomite is a naturally occurring mineral and rock consisting mainly of calcium magnesium carbonate. It is characterized by a variety of properties. Dolomite comes in a variety of colors, from white to grey to pink, yellow or brown, depending on its geological origin and the impurities it contains.
