Sucralose

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener around 600 times sweeter than sucrose that is used as a sugar substitute in some foods and beverages. It has a clean, sweet taste, it is stable under heat and over a range of pH conditions so it can be used in baking or in products that require a longer shelf life. Might be used in combination with other sweeteners.
